Manulevu, et al. v. Professional Security Consultants

Plaintiffs brought an action on behalf of themselves and current and former employees of Professional Security Consultants (PSC).  Plaintiffs contend that PSC failed to reimburse employees for the deposit and maintenance of uniforms PSC required Plaintiffs to wear while on the job in violation of applicable Industrial Welfare Commission Orders, and California Labor Code section 2802 and/or unlawfully deducted costs and expenses from the wages owed to employees in violation of Labor Code section 221. The parties reached a settlement and the court granted final approval of that settlement on May 16, 2012.
