Morris v. LiquidAgents Healthcare, LLC


Plaintiff brought this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated alleging that LiquidAgents failed to pay overtime wages when employees worked over 8 hours per day and that Liquid Agents failed to provide a second meal period to employees who worked 12 hour shifts. On August 30, 2013, the Court granted final approval of a settlement in the amount of $325,000.
