LaBoy v. Bare Escentuals


This action alleges that Defendants failed to pay their California hourly employees wages for time worked, failed to reimburse California hourly employees for the costs to purchase and/or maintain required uniforms, and unlawfully required employees to purchase merchandise.  Plaintiff further alleges Defendants failed to provide their California hourly employees wage statements as required by California law.

The Court granted Preliminary Approval of class settlement on August 29, 2014 and Final Approval on December 11, 2014.
